IN
GLOBALIZATION ERA
According to Jan M. Broekman, multiculturalism
defines a society that is predominantly composed
of groups with different ethnic, geographic,
religious and cultural roots which strive for equal
positions on the markets of labor, goods and
capital.
In general terms,
perception plays the
dominant role in view of
difference
German sociologist, historian and philosopher Max
Weber (1922), highlighted that differences which
show a mix of binding forces features determine a
society's fate!
In other words,
the variety of cultural roots in a
multicultural society is in itself less

places
That Puts Tolerance to The Test!
