Pn547 Parameter Change Procedure(AEF Driver)

▣ 1st step

1. Check the version of AEF driver (ORD.No.)

- AEF driver is mounted middle of front panel in the Electric Box
- You can check driver version at the right side on the driver
- v 4001, v 4002 both version driver must change the parameter
(PN547, “1200” -> “300”)
- v 4003 version driver is newest driver so don’t need to change
the parameter

2. Prepare separate digital operator to change the parameter

- Do plug in Operator’s connector to the driver
- Parameter can be changed only servo off status
(=>Push the Emergency stop button on the main OP. panel
of the Machine)

3. Parameter Setting procedure

a. Select “1: parameter/monitor mode” on the mode select screen,
and press “ENTER” key.
b. Move the cursor to the 3rd digit of the constant No. using “<“ or
“>” key, and change it to the value at 3rd digit of the constant No.
to be set using “∧” or “∨“key
c. Press the “ENTER” key at “Pn601”
d. And press “∧” and “∨“key simultaneously
e. If star mark(*) is disappeared, set the constant Pn601 at “1212”
f. Now you can change special parameter
Setting the g. Find parameter number “Pn547” and press the “ENTER” key
parameter h. Change the constant setting value “1200” to “300”
i. Find parameter number “Pn602” and press “ENTER” key.
j. And change the constant Pn602 at “1”
k. Press “CANCEL” key
l. Do plug out operator’s connector -end-

4. Description of Pn547 parameter

: Electric Thermal setting value
- By change the parameter value, AEF driver protect servo motor
from unexpected motor damage
- If Servo motor was locked at load 300% and temperature arrive
at 85(℃) degree, AEF driver occur system alarm and cut off the main power
