CNC
CNC stands for COMPUTER NUMERICAL

CONTROL It is very advance for NC machines. In the CNC machines ,there are many type of operations automatically exists. In the CNC machines ,we are using the G-codes and M-codes for programming purpose, where Gcodes are universal codes and M-codes are vary from different -2 machines

BARREL
In the barrel section we are made the barrel of all types of

guns which are made in SAF factory. LMG5.56mm RIFLE 5.56mm CARBINE REVOLVER

LMG5.56 MM
LMG stands for LIGHT MACHINE GUN mainly uses in

the border.
We can convert the spiral form in the barrel of LMG and

RIFLE.
Robotics machine is very costly machine and it is used in

cold swaging,

Tool Room
The designation of tool is define by a tool name for

example, If tool name is SPTM then the first letter is decided the size of the tool means we are uses the square tool. In the tool room we are uses the tool for HSS and CARBIDE tools but mainly we are uses the HSS tools ,we are uses CARBIDE tools for finishing operations. The hardness of Carbide Tools is 4 times the HSS tools.

We are using the different -2 tools like Drill

Reamer ,Milling ,Cutter , End mill ,Turning and these tool are work on different way
We are using jigs and fixtures for holding purpose, all six

rotations are govern by fixtures.

jig boring and jig grinding machine are using for very

accuracy and small production rate.

Measurement & Metrology

In the metrology lab we are measuring the dimension of

all types of components

For the measuring purposes we are using vernier

calipers, vernier Micrometer ,veriner Bevel protector ,trimos machine

Diagram machine ,is show the shadow of any

components 10 times large.

Revolver Section
In the revolver section we are making the revolver

component like barrel trigger hammer , cylinder , body , spring etc. and then finally assembled. There 2 types of barrel , short barrel, long barrel. The range of short barrel is 10 meter The range of long barrel is 25 meter

 We are firing six bullets at a time.

In the market value of the revolver is 85000.

MAG Gun
The mag gun are also known as machine gun This type of gun is mainly uses in the border line The weight of the machine gun is 15.5 kg. Dont us without stand

 In the machine gun 1 minute ,1000 firing.

The firing range of machine gun is 1800 meter. The size of cottage is 7.62 mm. It is very costly.
