INSTALLATION OF ALARM CHECK VALVE QUALITY CONTROL CHECK SHEET

Ensure all material is new and not damaged. Check the Alarm check valve are installed as per the approved drawing & submittal. Check the Alarm check valve location is as per approved drawings and QCDD Check the alignment of the Alarm Check valve with the main pipe. Check the pressure gauges are installed as per the pressure ratings of the main line. Ensure that the alarm check valves inspector test valve and drain valve are accessible. Ensure that pressure switch is installed and connected with fire alarm system. Ensure that the drain connections are connected to the nearest drain, Ensure that the Water motor gong is installed in the location as per approved drawings and it is aligned to the wall.
