Halifax (Skateboarders) Helmet Reform

Personal note;
I posted this article because I am very familiar with the oppressive activities of the Police in Halifax. I am known as The Visionary Folk Photographer. I do photos shoots and folk videos of all social events in Halifax and have been doing so for more then 13 years. I have often witnessed the Nazi like over bearing and very intimidating behavior of many Police officers towards anyone that wants to be free.. Be they Buskers, Hitch hikers skate boarders. Also another thing Police do at will is steal the skate boards from these young people and then sale them and add the money to the Police funds. One young boy said I am not giving you my skateboard to sale it. He stepped on it and broke it. The Police then charged him for breaking public property and gave him another fine. I to have been and am a victim of the Police corruption in Halifax. One thing that few seem to know about or are aware of it about the PPA Protection of property act. If anyone dares to verbally speak up to resist the Police tyrannical behavior. The Police will impose this totally communist protection of property act. This act permits the Police to ban anyone from anywhere. This includes skate parks and even whole sections of the City. This act is a complete violation of The Canadian Bill of Rights. Under the PPA, the Police are not required to provide you with any documentation or even give you the option of due process of law. You are not given any means to fight this in court. Police have been known to beat people up who try to resist. Police are supposed to be Peace Officers.. but this PPA act has turned the Police into penal officers who can impose their will on anyone. What makes things even worse, is if you get a way to find your way to court. The Police wont show up and the judge will through the thing out. Also if you do get a trial the Police will never speak truthfully. This act PPA has been used on me four times in the past three years... Which is why I am going to court two days from now.. The only way to get your day in court to fight this is to resist it, and when you do the Police will just keep giving you $270 fines.. which if you can not pay, you will be jailed.. So now I am going to court to fight this corruption under the grounds that is is a violation of all human rights and due process of law. The Police should never be permitted to impose fines on people just for going down a sidewalk in an electric wheelchair as I do.. Especially if the individual has not done anything wrong.
