I invite you all to be very present with each Insight. The words within each Insight are very powerful and transformational. In delight of God and the Universe you will certainly gain much by being completely present in the Now. These Insights are designed by the universe to be used as both meditations and Teachings, therefore inspiring you to go within and to connect to your true self, your God self. As well as re-programming your sub/un-consciousness mind so that with consistency you can have new beliefs, thought patterns and be more aware about your actions in life. The Power of Gratitude

As I am expressing these words through my consciousness, I am feeling a deep energy of gratitude in my heart. Knowing that, as you read this insight, as you think about it, and as you react to it emotionally, you will immediately feel a sense of gratitude within you. Why choose gratitude? Because gratitude connects you to the vibration of harmony, not only within you but with all. I have chosen gratitude because I have free will. Freedom to choose is my birthright. Starting today and every day, I choose gratitude as my thought, and as I feel the harmony within this state of gratitude, I feel the peace within my whole being. As I feel the peace within my whole being, I feel more relaxed. As I feel more relaxed, I think more clearly. As I think more clearly, I have a clear vision of what I want to be, to do, and to have in my life. The question now is how about you? What is it that you will seek in this state of gratitude? Allow yourself to think the thoughts, feel the feelings, and see what it is you are grateful for. Allow yourself to feel the harmony within you, aligning yourself with the truth of the Universe, for you are worthy and deserving of living a healthy life in every way. With God All Things Are Possible

I bring forth to you this magnificent saying: With God all things are possible. Now, remember, in these daily insights I refer to God in different ways such as The Universe, The Allness, The Oneness, The Now, The Source, The Creator, The Isness, and finally Harmony. Lets go back to this magnificent saying, With God all things are possible. Lets look at it very carefully, knowing that we are in truth one with God, and all the other above meanings that we give to God. As individual emanations of God, we are all the possibilities that we are in search of. Our own self is The Allness, is the possibilities, is the expanded mind, is the infinite source. Now so far what have you gotten from reading this? Take a deep breath in. Relax yourself and breathe out. Read the paragraph explaining With God all things are possible one more time. Feel it more. Really allow yourself to feel it. Feel it in your heart. Take time, right now, to simply accept these insightful words as revealed from your true self to you. Now take another deep breath. Feel yourself relax and breathe out. Now, as you are looking at these universal words again, is it making more sense to you? If yes, then wonderful. If no, I invite you to read this paragraph over and over; with one breath in, and one breath out, till you feel the feelings in your heart, till you are finally at a place where you are ready to accept the truth as it is. Remember, the power is within you. The power of will, reason and choice is always yours. Choose what is rightfully your birthright: Oneness with all that there is. What will be your intention for today? Would you like to set your day now? What do you desire out of your day today? You know that you are the creator of your circumstances. Right? So, what is it that you want to create today? Remember, thoughts become things! What kind of thoughts are you going to choose today, starting right now, to create your day? Thoughts that empower you, perhaps? I hope so. Thoughts that motivate you, perhaps? I hope so. Thoughts that inspire you, perhaps? I hope so. Thoughts that bring healing into every aspect of your life, perhaps? I hope so. Thoughts that create oneness with the God within you? I know so. For you are worthy and deserving of having a healthy life in every way. You know you are in charge of your own thoughts moment by moment. So I trust, starting right now, that you will make the perfect choice to set your day. Loving thoughts, Peaceful thoughts, Joyful thoughts, Forgiving thoughts, Encouraging thoughts and so on. You know that right now as you are reading this message, you can use your will to ask the Universe for support? Will you? Of course, you will, for you are not alone on this journey in this physical world. The Universe is at your service. The Energy of Rest

Today let us focus on the energy of rest. What does it mean to us? Some of you may work so hard day after day without any rest that this insight may seem ridiculous to you. Well, what is coming to me to bring forth to you from my Universal consciousness is this: May you rest in peace. Uh, oh! Did you think this mean after death? No! May you rest in peace while you are still alive. May you rest your beautiful bodies. This motor that takes us from place to place. Helps and supports us in achieving our daily tasks. Plus... May you rest your mind. Rest your magnificent minds in your own private place. How wonderful it is to know that we can rest our minds when we choose to. Give it a break from everyday thoughts and concerns. Peace of mind and clarity will take us a long way in achieving our goals. May you rest your soul. This soul is blessed with the light of God. Rest it, as if you would take care of it, like you would take care of a new born baby. Take care of it with gentleness, with Gratitude, with care, with love, with joy and so on. Why Rest? Well, to renew, rejuvenate, and to feel the wholeness within. Then feel healthy, great, strong, peaceful, energized and complete. Remember, you always have choice. How will you choose to live? We are all worthy and deserving of a healthy and happy life in every way. Those who read these insights every day will see the message of worthiness and deserving every day. Rebirth and Forgiveness

Happy Birthday to you! Wait a minute, it's not your Birthday or is it? As far as the Universe is concerned, every day is our Birthday. Why? Because we are reborn every day. New thoughts, new ideas, new emotions, new beliefs, new actions, new behaviors, new goals and so on. Happy birthday on your new Refreshing Day. Today I encourage you to make it a day of forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others. Save yourself from all the toxins of unfinished and un-forgiven energies you are withholding. Move forward on this day as a new and renewed person full of vibrant energy. Let go, release and drop the past within and without and fill your being with wonderful and uplifting energies. Such as joy, fun, laughter, passion, love, freedom, acceptance and whatever feels good (GOD) to you. When we let go of the past, we allow space for the new. This is the intention for our highest good. Let's see NOW, do you have time for this? OH, but it's all so time-consuming. Well, is feeling really bad and cluttered within feeling good? Or can you put aside a few minutes of quiet time to simply renew the amazing you, by going within and forgiving yourself and all who you believe have done you wrong? Go for it, just do it. You'll be amazed of how clear and peaceful you will feel. And most importantly, because there is no one else on earth who can do this for you. Only you. You are in charge, because you are the Master of your life. For you are worthy and deserving of having a healthy life in every way.

You Are Loved

It is with great pleasure that I bring these words of wisdom from my Universal consciousness to you. Today's insight is a gentle reminder that today, just like every other day, you are Loved. The Love I'm talking about is right where you are. Simply knowing this Universe, as a Universe of Love, and you one with it, right where you are Divine Love "is". Why "is"? Because everything simply "is". Now sometimes we are so used to things being so difficult, that when we hear something simply "is", we are in awe. What does all this have to with you and I? We are all part of the "isness" of life. In this "isness" the most beautiful and powerful energy is LOVE connecting one to another. Therefore since we are ONE with the "isness" and ONE with the Universe, then can we and do we allow ourselves to believe, we are the energy of Love in form? Today, do you wish to clarify this truth within yourself? Is there a resistance within you that needs to be addressed? Do you perhaps, need more information on this subject? Do you simply wish to accept the truth and immediately right NOW raise your vibration to Love and feel wonderful? Know that in the "isness" of life, all is well, all is harmonious. Our job "is" to recognize the truth and live a glorious life, as was intended for us in the beginning. Remember, we always have free will. Let us use it to enhance our lives. What Is a Miracle?
The question for today is: What is a Miracle to you? Further more How does one experience Miracles? Where do Miracles come from? How can we get some, or Not? Can we see Miracles? Are they for sale? What color is a Miracle? Some silly and not so silly questions! The answers all lie within you and I and all of us, for we are the creators that manifest Miracles. Our thoughts create Miracles. Miracles are wishes focused carefully. Miracles can be quite simple in fact. Sudden amazing occurrences are defined at times as Miracles. What Miracles have you experienced in your life recently or ever? If you were to know, which I am sure you do, how did you create these Miracles? Taking a few minutes to ponder on these words will activate your creative mind even further, allowing more of your creative self to reveal itself. Miracles are so wonderful. They give us such Joy all around. We believe in them as something so extraordinary. They make us feel so good like we are loved and someone actually cares for us. Well, the truth of it all is that the Universe loves us and our Universal Consciousness which co-creates with this Universe creates all of the Miracles in our lives. So what does all of this tell us? Let us watch our thoughts carefully and create all the Miracles we want in our lives. One Golden Rule, and that is we must all be in a state of allowance. So today and every day let us allow ourselves to be a source of Miracles in our lives and in others' lives. With our thoughts, all Miracles are possible.

Be Still and Listen

Once upon a time, there was a lady by the name of Samantha. She was a sweet lady, very kind and very Bright. What happened is that one day Samantha woke up and she could not speak any more. She was shocked and astounded. Adding to her amazement, she knew sign language and so her journey of only communicating in sign language started. She went from one doctor to another. No one knew what was wrong with her. There was no cure. So she had no choice but to accept her present situation. Day and night, she went inward and listened to the questions asked. Day and night, she went inside and listened to the answers to the questions asked. Day and night, she was still listening to her inner self. "Why did this happen to me?" she asked. The answer was this: "You created this situation for yourself so that you could hear me. So that you would finally sit down and recognize me. You created this situation for yourself so that you can sit still and simply Be." Let us know that we do not have to create negativity for ourselves in order to be still. We can be Right Here, Right Now, feeling wonderful and alive. It is our choice; always our choice. So let us take good care of ourselves, be good to ourselves, and take time to recognize life. By the way, this is not a true story as I know it. This story was transmitted through me to you Right Now by my Higher Self, my Spirit, The God within me, The Universe or whatever you would like to call this magnificent energy that supports your Higher Awareness. Thoughts Attract
Today, pay attention to your thoughts. Notice your thoughts and notice that as you think, you attract. What do you want to attract into your life? Perhaps you're thinking, "I want Beautiful, Caring, Loving, Wise, Fun, Humorous and Loyal Friends." "I want __________________________ ." Take a few moments to fill in the blanks knowing that your wants are for your highest good. Do you know what it is you really want? Can you find out? Yes! You can know by following your hearts desire. Our heart's desire knows what is best for us. So let us choose thoughts and intentions that will support us in our lifes mission. Thoughts that will help us feel whole again. Thoughts that will help us be Prosperous and Abundant. Thoughts that will help us be more connected to our true self and others to create oneness. Thoughts that will bring Love and Understanding into our relationships. And so on. So, what is it that you want? Remember start your statement with I want ___________ and please do not put any NOTS in your statement. Use only positive statements. "I want _______________________ for my highest good." Choose and intend Prosperous thoughts to Prosper in every way for you are a worthy and deserving child of the Universe.

Spiritual Strength
Have you ever heard the saying, "Spiritual people are weak"? Do you agree with such a message? I encourage you to rise above such nonsense. Spirituality means exactly the opposite of weakness. A Spiritual person lives with the ENERGY and LIFE of GOD and the WHOLE UNIVERSE. How can the energy of LIFE be weak? How can the energy of GOD be weak? How can the energy of the UNIVERSE be weak? How can the energy of the ALLNESS be weak? Be very aware of the truth. The truth being, when and if a Spiritual person does not want to fight or retaliate in a negative situation, this by no means reveals that the person is weak. Let it be known that if a Spiritual person chooses the route of Wisdom and gentleness, perhaps this is GOD's way of working through a person. Let it be known that a Spiritual person works with Spiritual Powers, way beyond the limiting mind of humankind. In the short term, it may seem as though a Spiritual person is behind; however, in the long run, the Spiritual person is way ahead of the game of life. For WITH GOD, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. Why this message today? This is a very important message, as some Spiritual people are ridiculed for being Loving, Gentle, Kind, Patient, Forgiving and have been forgotten that their strength is Life. Let us all Unite with this knowing that we are Spiritual people living in a Physical world governed by the Spiritual Laws of Divine Love, Law of Attraction, Law of Circulation, Law of Cause and Effect, and many more such Laws. So let us pay great attention to our true self and believe in ourselves no matter how much pressure we endure in life.

Your Life's Passion

Are you living your life's Passion? Have you ever thought about this question? Do you have the answer? Would you like to live your life's passion? Do you see it as possible? What would it take for you to make the first step? How can you connect more to your life's passion? How can you and I and all be more attuned to our lifes passion? Easy. First know what it is you are passionate about. To really know is to ask your heart. Realize that your heart knows your passion in life. Sincerely I bring this awareness to you. If you ask your ego, you will get a totally different answer. So please make sure in meditation that you ask the right question and that your question is directed to your heart. What I know for sure is that when we direct our energy to what our passion is we feel so Good. We feel Alive. We feel Capable. We feel One. We can actually see it Happening. We want to express it Freely. We get Support. We feel Connected. We feel Energized by what we are doing. And so on. So today and every day, I encourage all of us to do something we are passionate about, letting ourselves to be free to experience passion in all things. Passion from our Heart and Soul.

Change Your Life with Your Emotions and Will

No matter where you are or whomever you are with, recognize that you are not alone. If you would like to be with your Loved ones and they are not available for whatever reason, know that they are ever-present in your Heart. When you choose to recognize this truth, I'm sure you will tap into the Peace within. Clearly be aware of your Emotions and recognize that they are Emotions and that you can change your Emotions. Know that you can choose to be at Cause instead of the Effect of your Emotions. Meaning that you can choose Emotions that are Beneficial for you. This is NOT being selfish or self-centered. Positive Energizing Emotions are the active ingredients for a Healthy person Inside and Out. A Healthy person Inside and Out is a Happy Prosperous person Inside and Out. I know that God, the Universe, or whatever you would like to call this Higher Power wants us to be Whole. So let us LET GO of the Guilt or the Uncertainty RIGHT NOW for it serves us no Higher Purpose. Always know that you can change and improve your life with your Emotions and your Will. For you are worthy and deserving of living a Wonderful life in every way. What Brings You Joy and Peace?

Some people believe that the number 7 is a very lucky number. What do you think? A friend of mine told me that he likes the energy of the number 7. How do you feel about the energy of the number 7? Do we believe that things are lucky or do we believe that we make our own luck? Do we know what brings us Joy and Peace? Or do we believe random things bring us Joy and Peace? Do we have a plan for our lives? Or are we just going with the flow? Where is all this going? All this is going within you. For right where you are Is the Infinite Intelligence of the Universe. This Infinite Intelligence within all of us Is right where we are. All the time. So with this knowing, perhaps we can, and do, create our luck and/or beliefs about what Is or what isn't happening. Therefore let us know that moment by moment we are creating the life we have and/or would like to have. Every time we are upset or sad or dis-appointed, we place ourselves in uncomfortable positions. So at this time I encourage all of you to change your thoughts with the Infinite Intelligence that is ever present within. Remember, right where you are Is the Omnipresent Intelligence. So we surely don't have any excuses as to our Power over our thoughts. At any given moment, we can change our thoughts, therefore changing the outcome of our present circumstance. What we believe comes true for us and Is true for us. So Dear Beloved Ones Let us all save ourselves and think Good thoughts that Empower us, give us Life, increase our Energy levels and, most importantly, help us Love ourselves more and more every day.

Remember, when in fact we Love ourselves unconditionally, then we can Love all unconditionally. Bless you for being aware of God and all that there is. For we are all one with all that there is. This Insight is long. I quite agree. However remember these Insights flow through my consciousness for the Highest Good of All. So let us proudly be one with these words for our Highest Good. Are we Worthy? I Declare, YES. Are we Deserving? I Declare, YES. Are we Proud of who we are? I Declare, YES. Why? I would like to thank you for being present with each insight every day. It is your choice as to how you would like to live. As you are each a magnificent emanation of the light and love of God and all that is, You have the power to transform your life to what it is you would like it to be. Remember, With Your Willingness All Things Are Possible. You are on the right track. Don't allow any obstacle or challenge to discourage you from your true birthright. Your true birthright is your true potential that is yet to be revealed. With patience, determination and perseverance you shall conquer all of your fears and blockages and move forward moment by moment with a knowing that you are certainly are worthy and deserving of living a life free of Pain and suffering. About Michelle Morovaty

Michelle Morovaty has dedicated her life to her global vision and life purpose of connecting people to people, to create oneness, and through support and universal guidance, educate people about the power within to heal oneself and others. Over the last seven years Michelle has healed herself from significant challenges and has taught many others how to do so as well. She uses her intuition and universal guidance to assist people through the healing process. Michelle is an intuitive Spiritual healer, teacher and writer. She is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Master Time-Line Therapy, and Master Hypnotherapist. She is also certified in many other healing modalities including Reiki and Pranic healing. In 1999 Michelle was diagnosed with lupus CNS while she was pregnant with her second child. Over the following 18 months she received traditional western medical treatment with her condition only worsening to the point where she had significant paralysis, depression, chronic pain, chronic fatigue and cognitive impairment. At this point she also pursued alternative therapies. Through the teachings of another healer and her own inward discoveries Michelle awakened to the healing power within that we all possess. Using her mind power, the mind-body-soul connection and the healing energy within Michelle then healed herself completely. During this time Michelle experienced her inner awakening to her True Self, what she also terms as the God within, while others may call it The inner voice, The higher self, The spirit or The universe. Michelle again overcame adversity in 2005 when she healed herself after being struck by a SUV van while crossing the road. Suffering significant injuries Michelle used the power of imagination and universal healing modalities to heal her injuries including concussion, an open wound to her abdomen from the SUVs tire and multiple bruises. The medical staff were amazed when Michelle was able to walk short distances unaided and checked herself out of the hospital the day after the accident. After a month Michelle threw herself a party celebrating the joys of life. Michelle achieved all this through her strong will, determination and faith in the power within to heal. As a single mother of two children and overcoming her health and injury challenges Michelle has learnt many lessons about life, the universe and in particular how to heal oneself. For the last three years Michelle has been sharing her gifts through her teachings, guided meditations and personal sessions. In Michelles sessions she facilitates and teaches each person through their healing process using her universal guidance. Michelle receives teachings from The Universal Consciousness, The Collective Consciousness of The Masters, her God within and The Angels of love. She has published a range of 12 meditation CDs under the brand of Inside Now based on the teachings that she receives.
