    What is Hospitality means to you?

    In my opinion, hospitality is neither financial transaction nor commodity to be sold but it is an attitude of

    the heart. Hospitality refers to the relationship process between a guest and a host, and it also refers to the act or practice of being hospitable. In other words, it is the reception and entertainment of
    guests, visitors, or strangers, with liberality and goodwill. Therefore, it is necessary to master in hospitality as the customer and client are the most important and we must always be attentive so that everyone should have a great experience.
