Win Win strategy in INDIAN Negotiation

India should have a win win strategy under its belt in negotiation table as it gives the party to whom you
are interacting to think that we are positive towards people genuinely
by not have lose lose or win lose strategy we are giving respect to ourselves and respect and honor to
opposition
thus we learn from our mistakes and negotiate with intelligence taking care of our needs and needs of
the public and opposition without hurti ng anyone
this strategy gives Indians art of tackling with knowledge also

Authors and Lok sabha elections in INDIA

It is seen and observed by me that in el ections of 2014 lok sabha intellectuals like Nandan nilenkani sir
etc. who we all associate with intellectuals of the country fought elections, some intellectuals l ost
elections and very few won

my point is are these intellectuals necessary to fight in lok sabha to give intellectual tinge to the
elections and thought process of India which is usually taken up by rajya sabha of country

IS RAJYA SABHA OF NATION SLEEPING !!!

what is its role ?

every 6 years lok sabha members vote members to rajya sabha and every 2 years rotation based
elections take place
first voting rights take place in rajya sabha then it is forwarded to lok sabha , when such an int ellectual
venture ship is happening with opinion coming up from intellectual capitalism in the form of rajya sabha

why is parliamentary board bothered about lok sabha

take into viewpoint of rajya sabha , look at their reasoning and then move ahead , give powers to rajya
sabha instead of making it a dummy candidate of members whose job is to give insight to l ok sabha

why debate in rajya sabha for hours together on important issues only to be scrapped off by lok sabha

their has to be a independence away from lok sabha interference for people of intellectual rajya sabha
to be confident to put their view point forward without hesitation

this is my viewpoint !!!

where should private come into operation
a) where army doesnt have a role
b) where hoardings doesnt take place on regular scale
c) where esteem and self actualization needs are concerned

society needs
esteem needs
self actualization

esteem needs and self actualization come under private as individual selfishness plays a dominant role
to suppress the needs of his co citizens restricted to self hence government share is less in this type of
disinvestment companies
social needs and society needs central government role is maximum hence government share of
investment and direction should be needed hence disinvestment into this classification is minimum
disinvestment and maximum contribution

how much of government disinvestment :-
paretto principle 80-20 rule has to be adopted
balanced fund 60-40 rule can be applied

Centralization of power of knowledge exclusively in the hands of Delhi state instead of Haryana state

this decentralization is possible by creating good governance of railways with rail tour packages being
offered to state governments as was created in state of Delhi for tourism first to take place and then
knowledge to control the traffic to come next
