of Benguet State University (BSU), College of Nursing at Km.5 La Trinidad, Benguet. I clearly
understand that I will be part of a research study, which focuses on the “EXTENT OF
PRACTICE OF CULTURAL BELIEFS ON MATERNAL AND NEWBORN HEALTH
CARE”. The study will describe the impacts of bee therapy as a treatment in my life.
Moreover, I will receive no direct benefit or pay monetary consideration as a result of

participating in this study.
