MASSAGE
The sense of touch is a form of intense communication and play should be a natur
al relationship between people. The act of touching is instinctive to human bein
gs. The act of massaging, ditto. When you get hurt, massaging the spot instincti
vely, trying to relieve pain. Physiologically, massage the painful area improves
the circulation and consequent oxygenation than warm the affected area. All the
se effects result in pain relief. There are several types of massage, with many
different purposes: relaxation, stimulation, postural correction and improvement
of sexuality are among them. But most of the massage is premised on promoting t
he health of the massaged and can be applied in several areas of medicine: probl
ems, cancer, respiratory, digestive and rheumatology few. In such cases, massage
should be applied by professionals in physical therapy or who have made some pr
ogress in specific techniques such as Ayurvedic, shiatsu, tui na, reflexology an
d rolfing. Physical therapy uses massage as a diagnostic tool and therapeutic. T
his professional knows that the touch be it profound or subtle, provides local a
nd general effects on the human body. Both physical and psychological effects, s
ays the physiotherapist Simone Lima. But the privilege of receiving a massage ne
ed not necessarily be enjoyed in a clinic or in the hands of a professional. If,
after a full day at work, you are hungry for a good massage to relieve tension,
you can be massaged by the hands of a layman. "How touching is a natural instin
ct to massage to relieve tension can be applied by anyone, provided that careful
ly," says the physiotherapist Simone Lima. In cases of relaxing massages, one sh
ould stimulate the muscles of the shoulder (trapezius) to release the toxins and
, consequently, relieve tension.

HISTORY OF MASSAGE
The history of massage is as old as man. Archaeological studies indicate that ev
en in prehistoric times, man promoted the general welfare and acquired protectio
n against injury and infection through friction in the body. Would be the beginn
ings of what today is meant for massage. There are also records that the ancient
civilizations such as Egyptians, Hindus, Greeks, Romans, Chinese and Japanese,
about 300 BC, made references on the benefits of massage for the well-being. But
the first to recognize the healing properties of this technique of rubbing the
body were the Chinese, who signed the earliest literature that has news: the med
ical text Nei Ching, written in 2800 BC The word massage comes from Greek and me
ans kneading. After the Chinese, the father of medicine, the Greek Hippocrates,
made use of the therapeutic properties of massage, which he called anatripisis,
meaning to rub pressing tissues. The phrase was translated into Latin as frictio
and remained in use in the United States until 1870. Frictio means rubbing or s
crubbing. In India, the term used to describe massage was shampooing. In China,
it was Cong Fou, and in Japan, ambouk.

BEFORE YOU START A MASSAGE SESSION
As the touch is part of the human condition, laypeople are also able to do massa
ges, being a sensitive and intuitive practice. One tip is to massage someone, im
agine where you'd like to be massaged. That when treating a massage to relieve t
ension. Now, if you want more concrete effects of a massage session, the ideal i
s to seek a specialist. It is also essential to remember that you will receive a
massage and did not attend a session of torture. Some techniques such as reflex
ology, are even a little painful, but pain should only stay during the procedure
or some little time later. "If your body is aching for two, three days, is a si
gn that the massage is being applied incorrectly," says physical therapist Simon
e Lima1. It is for those who are applying the technique to realize the limits of
pain of every person. There is a myth, a legacy from Germany of the 18th centur
y, that the massage had to be applied with force, or did not work. Not true. Acc
ording to Simone, "a massage done with excessive force can break the blood and l
ymph vessels, hampering movement and the person may be more tense than it alread
y was."
RECOMMENDATIONS • • • • Avoid a heavy meal and drink alcohol until one hour befo
re the massage. If you are pregnant, see your doctor; Use comfortable clothing,
bathing suit or undergarment for those who use massage oils, massage is not reco
mmended in the following cases: fever, infectious diseases, post-operative infec
tions and skin cancer.

TYPES OF MASSAGENS2
The numerous massage techniques developed in East and West can have the most div
erse purposes, benefiting the health and well-being. To facilitate the choice of
the type best suited for the desired goals relate to some types of massage offe
red and their benefits: ANMA Anma means to push (An) and rub (Ma). It is one of
the oldest forms of massage in the world. ANMA therapy is based on the principle
s of Oriental medicine, using special techniques (pressure, massage, kneading, s
tretching) to stimulate key points, promoting a natural healing of the body. Whe
n these points are stimulated, relieve muscle tension which facilitates blood ci
rculation and energy (Ki), the main goal of this massage. ANMA uses no oils and
can be done on the clothing of the patient. Benefits: reduction of tension and s
tress, promoting relaxation huge, normalization and balance of bodily functions,
rejuvenation, combating different diseases, such as pain-decabeça, influenza, a
sthma, dizziness, abnormal blood pressure, colic and menstrual irregularity, lac
k of sexual vitality and insomnia. Contra-indications: fever, infectious disease
s, skin infections and cancer, and after any surgery. AYURVEDIC This technique f
orms part of an ancient Indian system called Ayurveda. The system understands th
e human being in its entirety, and state of health as a state of inner harmony a
nd external. Recognizing the man as part of nature, as well as
animals and plants, which includes health and balance go through a life in harmo
ny with nature and its laws. The Ayurvedic massage is important in any healing p
rocess, acting not only in physical but also the emotional, psychological and en
ergetic. Uses maneuvers throughout the body with the aid of oil, which facilitat
e the movements, doing stretching and twisting exercises similar to yoga. The th
erapist can use both hands, such as elbows, knees, wrists and feet. The massage
is done with the person closest in costumes or bathing. Benefits: activation of
the blood, removing toxins and stress, is relaxing, promotes stimulation of the
immune system and opening the chakras (energy points). LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE This m
assage performed with gentle manipulation promotes the drainage of lymphatic ves
sels. Recommended: For people suffering from fluid retention and bloating. In th
e long run, using camphor-based creams can reduce cellulite. It is also quite su
itable for pregnant women after the third month of pregnancy. CLASSICAL MASSAGE
A classic massage, developed in the West, promotes relaxation of muscle tension,
relieving local pains. It can be done with or without oil, with the patient in
intimate attire or bathing. Four Hands Massage Four Hands Massage is applied by
two therapists, combining synchronized movements, pressure, manipulation and str
etching. Movements are used in Shiatsu, Reflexology, Classical, and Thai massage
ESAL. Benefits - Improves circulation and flexibility, promotes immediate relie
f of tension points, and also€deep relaxation. QUICK MASSAGE technique developed
by the Americans, whose maneuvers are utilized in the muscle groups most affect
ed by stress and the Dort (RSI). The areas are massaged: spine, shoulders, neck
and upper limbs. A person sits comfortably in a
special chair getting a massage without the need for despirse. Indications: Stre
ss, physical and mental fatigue, localized muscle tension. Contraindications: Pr
egnancy in the first three, high fever, bone fractures. Sokuto Reflexology - Thi
s technique uses pressure and massage of the feet on specific points that reflec
t in all parts of the body. This technique, like all oriental techniques, teache
s that there is a vital energy that circulates throughout the body organs and th
eir maneuvers are designed to dissipate energy blockages in the body. Benefits:
Encourages the body to heal itself, stimulating the circulatory and lymphatic sy
stem, causing the release of toxins.
TANTRIC A Tantric Massage is the language of love through touch and breath. It i
s the body contact that creates intimacy through touch, pressure, movement and c
aresses, the tools that can lead to the discovery of the double tracks of the pa
ths of sensuality and sensitivity.
SHIATSU SHIATSU (shi = finger - atsu = pressure) is an oriental massage techniqu
e to maintain balance between body and mind. The technique consists of a compres
sion of several points of the meridians (energy pathways throughout the body) us
ing the fingertips or hands. The tones stimulate or sedan accumulated energy, im
proving the functioning of organs according to the need of each. Benefits: muscl
e relaxation promoting the relief of localized pain. Contraindications: People w
ith inflammation, anemia or weakened physically. For people who suffer from oste
oporosis, the ring tones should be lighter.

BASIC MOVEMENTS
Movement of pressure - With one hand on the other, gently move the pressure alon
g the spine. Starting from the top and pressing all points to the coccyx. The sa
me moves can be made from the bottom up.
Pressure with the thumbs - With hands flat, press your thumbs on the sides of th
e column. According to the principles of reflexology, you will stimulate the mer
idians of the bladder. Begins near the neck and ends at the coccyx.
Pressure with the thumb (Part 2) - Use one hand for support and the second to pu
sh with your thumb. Press until the middle of the column and, when going into th
e second half, reverse the hands. Do both sides of the column.
"Pinches" - This move is to "pinch" and works to stretch the skin and loosen the
muscles of the back. Should be done across the surface of the back, with more e
mphasis on the shoulder region.
Cushion with hands - Make a kind of cushion with his hands, closing the clamshel
l and letting air between them. With loose fists, gently move the percussion thr
oughout the region back, with more emphasis on the shoulders.
Percussion type "karate" Letting your fingers beating on each other, make quick,
light percussion movements along the coasts.
Shower of rain - While one hand determines the height limit, the other keeps pla
ying percussion movements along the coasts. Use the face of the hand and not the
palm. It feels like water falling over the back.
Skirting the shores Starting with the hands placed near the neck, slide them to
the coccyx and back with hands separated by sliding on the ends of the back. Mak
e continuous movements.

apophyses of the spine and the abdomen. NA clamping or vibration. Is practiced
by separating a portion of muscle ("fold") between finger and thumb grip in both
hands, causing it to vibrate the portion pinched between the fingers gently at
first to impose an energetic vibration. Their variations, according to anatomy,
are: On Shan Shuan or Rolling,€practiced with the clamping of muscle mass betwee
n the thumb index and middle finger of both hands, and moving the mass back-and-

Western classical maneuver that resembles the "kneading bread," the Nieh Fa is
moving from the pinch - kneading - loose muscle mass, without slipping. CHA or C

our hands and talk with him about what you want to do but also what he would lik
e to receive. Look at it always in the eye, ask him to look at your body, but do
not let it play. 10.Peça he turn face down, find a comfortable way to massage h
im in the legs, then go up the legs to the butt. (Many women and men do not like
being massaged at that location, that inhibit their desire). But it is importan
t to know that the whole body should be massaged in circles. Notice if it feels
chills, waves vibration. Still does not allow sexual touches. 11.Agora stop talk
ing about what is important is only the body language. If he has no problem slee
ping, go ahead. When he wakes up is brand new. 12.Lentamente start touching him
in his arms, chest and is held there. Explore this region. Time is important. 13
.Mude position, ask your love turn belly up.
14.Recomece massage. Go back and hold the head of your love in your lap and stro
ke her face in a rhythm, making circles on the cheeks or around the chin, lighte
ning the marks of concern. 15.Mude position, start by hand, go up the arms, ches
t and head to the navel of his love may add confidence. This is a vulnerable are
a to be treated gently.€Make a circular motion to relax physical and emotional s
trains that suppress the flow of sexual energy and vital. 16.Neste point massage

and softly. Do not rush to the sexual act. Let it happen gently.
Tantric massage or sensual massage partner can be a highly satisfying, relaxing,
exciting, conveys affection and desire, and prepare the bodies for other sexual
experiences. During the massage, it establishes a covenant of intimacy between
partners, in which each focuses on giving and receiving pleasure alternately, ex
tending the caresses and knowing better the more eroticized parts of the body of
another. During the massage, the one who receives it can feel great sense of re
lief, relaxation, discovery of their erotic points more sensitive to instruct th
e partner about likes and does not cause him to comfort (see more on Sex Differe
nces - Zones erogenous). There are people who reach the full consciousness of th
eir own bodily reaction when they do this exercise first. Already a partner who
does the massage becomes excited to see and touch the other's body, perceiving t
he nuances of skin, different temperatures, muscle tone, the orientation of hair
s, the erection of the pores, the secretion of sweat and exhalation odors. The p
ractice of massage as foreplay is an important addition, in cases of sexual dysf
unction in women - such as vaginismus, dyspareunia and anorgasmia to - and in ca
ses of erectile dysfunction in men, since it helps in prolonging the excitement
phase and desire or relaxation of the partner that has great tension for the sex
ual act.
Massage is an important moment for intimacy that requires time and quiet to full
mutual dedication. When partners are preparing for this experience indicated th
at seeking a comfortable, cozy and warm at a time when there are no external int
erference (such as noise, presence of other people and possible interruptions).
Contributes a very soft background music, dim lighting, scented candles and deco
rated with flowers. The use of scented oils (essences) for massage helps in smoo
ther tracking of hands by the partner's body, and infuse a delicate odor in the
environment. The oil should be dripped into the hands of the one who will do the
massage and not directly on the partner's body. Partners should seek the positi
ons that they are more comfortable and may use a robe or towel and undress durin
g the massage, or get naked already. Whoever is starting the massage should be w
ith the hot hands to ensure a touch more enjoyable. Both activities are alternat
ed to give and receive massage. When one partner realizes that the other is feel
ing a certain pleasure in touch and body part, must seek to keep this more, whil
e those receiving the touch enjoy every minute of the caress. It is recommended
to start with the massage strokes and gentle exploration throughout the body, av
oiding grope the genitals and breasts first. Results generally more pleasurable
to men and women who touch the genitals happens when other areas of the body wer
e cherished because it provides the excitement triggered most pleasant sensation
s when the testes, penis and vulva are handled.
Techniques Every couple is the most appropriate way to engage in massage. As bas
ic orientation, indicates the use of hands and fingers should press rhythmically
the partner's body. The most important thing is to keep a slow and steady pace,
with enough pressure, and symmetrical movements, ensuring that your hands glide
smoothly over the skin. The following are the techniques commonly used: • Roll
away - it is recommended to start the massage by this technique. With your palms
flat and smeared essential oil, travels to all the partner's body in long strok
es and gentle. • Mixing - recommended for regions with large muscles or with hig
her concentrations of fat, such as the hips, biceps, abdomen and thighs. Safe to
the skin gently between thumb and other fingers, then dropping and passing to a
nother nearby site. Different effects are achieved in accordance with the pressu
re, speed of movement and the amount of skin covered by the fingers.
• Friction - recommended to the shoulders, chest, hands and feet, this technique
is to gently flex your fingers (or thumbs only) to press lightly into the skin
of the partner,€circular motion and fast. • Percussion - can be applied in all p
arts of the body except the back near the kidneys and spine. It consists of move
ment made by coups and smooth with your hands relaxed in continuous alternation.
After applying this technique, we recommend the technique of sliding, to relax
the area struck. It is important to note that in the back, the spine should not
be struck or pressed with your thumbs, because there is risk of injury. In this
case, massage pressure or busting restricted to the lateral column, but the smoo
th sliding can be done. Always touch your partner's face gently, covering the ne
ck, ears, eyebrows, forehead and lines of the mouth, jaw and hair growth. In the
woman's breasts, slips with your hands gently up and down or circular motion. W
hen approaching the massage of the genitals, gently stimulate your surroundings
before touching delicate and rhythmically the penis and vulva. A sensual massage
is not limited to digital examination. It is used other resources that cause pl
easure and showing affection. Thus, during the massage as an exercise of sexuali
ty, there are other stimuli such as kissing, licking, blowing, suction and brush
ing hair, breast, penis, vulva and breasts between bodies. Are spontaneous expre
ssions of that experience of intimacy. 6.3. ANTI-STRESS MASSAGE
Foot massage I
According to the theory of foot reflexology have an important role dento nervous
system. Each of the nerves of the feet - and there are thousands - are connecte
d to any other relevant part of the body. Now, knowing this, we can take advanta
ge of the positive effects that massage the feet can bring in, besides the great
relaxation. You'll notice that many people - no exaggeration - get to sleep whe
n they have their feet massaged. So let's learn how to make a really nice massag
e and can easily be performed at home.
Please have fluffy towels, massage oil and tissue, where the oil spill. Before s
tarting the massage wash the feet of the person to be massaged with warm water a
nd dry thoroughly. So tight - do not smoothly, as some people have tickled - Spr
ead oil on the foot. When you finish the massage on one foot, gently wrap it in
towel (can be pre-heated) and let it rest. While this begins to work the other l

FACIAL MASSAGE
If you take the time to pass the cream on your face to do a massage, the results
could be much better. 1. Hold the scalp in the forehead region with firmness wh
ile passing the cream with the other hand from one side to another, horizontally
in one direction. Take a few repetitions and then reverse hands. Do the same nu
mber of repetitions with the other hand. 2. Hold the side of the face near the e
ar and slide your hand from the temples to the nose. Repeat on the other side wi

to the cheek. Do not forget to make the other side of the face. True for men and
women. Men can enjoy the moments that pass the post shave lotions.
MASSAGE IN THE EAR OR AURICULOTERAPIA4 Auriculotherapy can be performed with man
y instruments, eg needle, finger, heat, seed, magnet, electricity, light and col
or to the laser beam. The most important thing is to follow the principles of Ch
inese philosophy: to achieve a balance between Yin and Yang polarities. Through
simple massage the ear, many health problems can be alleviated. The doctor "Paul
Nogier" father of Auriculotherapy, described in the 60's two very simple techni
ques and efficient: massage points and general massage. Both techniques can be c
ombined in the same session. Treatments can be performed daily, if necessary up
to several times a day. Check out the tips:
MASSAGE ITEMS
a. Objective - Reflexology Treatment aimed directly to alleviate health problems
and diseases. b. Instrument - Tip There are several ways to stimulate the ear,
which can be chosen according to the therapist's experience or according to the
therapeutic response of the patient. Usually seeds are used, filiform needles an
d / or semi-permanent needles. They can also be used beads of gold, silver, stee
l, glass, electrical stimulation, massage or laser ear. c. Map - Consider the di
stribution of body parts according to the classic map - child in a fetal positio
n inside the uterus (upside down).
d. Diagnosis - Press with medium pressure (neither too light nor too strong) the
area corresponding to their complaints. To press with the same pressure every p
oint. Treatment - When you find any sore spot, massage for one to three minutes
the place alternately in two directions: clockwise and counterclockwise. As mass
age is a little painful because the point is more sensitive, use a strong pressu
re, but comfortable. You may feel warm to the ear, tingling or heaviness. Often,
as you turning the pen, the pain point decreases until it disappears when you s
top the massage. d. Note - If you find a lot of sore spots, choose the most sens
itive to massages.
MASSAGE FOR HANDS The hands are made up of hundreds nerve endings in each square
centimeter of skin. These nerve endings are the hands and fingers points of hig
h stimulation by touch, pressure and temperature. There are many similarities be
tween the massage hands and feet, but while you are massaging the hands of (a) y
our (a) partner (a) you are also massaging their own hands. But there is a pecul
iarity in the massage of the hands is not found in any other type of massage - i
s called "friendship" - yes friends, because on one hand the other conveys the f
eelings of friendship. Who does not feel good about it? Taking advantage of all
this, we show how to benefit from massage hands:
Massage the palm and thumb Use your thumb to massage the area, "fleshy" in the p
alm of her companion and the base of your thumb. Then go massaging in circular m
otions area extending from the thumb to the index finger. Manipulation of the fi
ngers with your thumb and forefinger,€go making circular movements from the base
of the base of the fingers until the end, pulling it slowly. When you reach the
end of the finger, do the same circular motion only now pushing it
Massaging the scalp is very simple, easy and mostly very pleasant to receive. An
yone can do it at home with a partner (a). She brings the two people, especially
if done in a bathtub or whirlpool. This type of massage should be done with her
partner (a) sitting, leaning back with his head resting on a chair with headres
t, in the bathtub or in your whirlpool, always taking care to leave the neck wel
l supported to avoid pain and discomfort. If you are using a chair put towels an
d a basin to hold water that may run. Stand back, in line with the head of your
partner (a) and with a little shampoo - enough to make foam-warm water and sprea
d the shampoo by hair. Tip: Do not soak your head of who is receiving the massag
e not to create "rivers" of water running down his neck and back, the secret to
get lather without soaking the head of a partner (a) is to use a spray bottle of
water equal to those which are used to moistened the leaves - just as you are n
eeding to wet the hair is just sprinkle water. Always use warm (not hot), avoid
cold water during this process. Next, the techniques step-by-step showing to the
massage.
Step-1 Using both hands, work distributing shampoo on the scalp. With your finge
rtips gently massage the scalp for a few minutes, always in a circular motion. S
tep-2 With one hand hold the head of your partner (a) or if in a bathtub, lean y
our body against the body that connect the body behind a nice feel to two - then
with the palm of your other hand on top

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
This technique aims to stimulate the transport of lymph, composed primarily of i
ntercellular fluid and protein. It flows through the lymphatic vessels towards t
he lymph nodes, also known as nodes, which act as their deposits. Because the ly
mphatic vessels are very thin and sensitive (like a hair), it is necessary that
the technique, whether practiced by the therapist or even self-massage, is perfo
rmed with great sensitivity and subtle touches as well. It is important to empha
size that the manual lymphatic drainage will only be satisfactory if done this w
ay, with movements and slow, almost imperceptible at first sight. However, it is
geared for patients who, while performing the technique with a professional to
practice daily at bedtime - or at least every morning - a self massage drainage
in their lower limbs as the following technique. This technique of self-massage
is intended for those who want to stimulate your body naturally while promoting
the harmonious distribution of fluids in the legs. It is important to remember t
hat this technique in any way replace the role of aesthetic professionals and ph
ysiotherapists (as indicated above) and should be avoided whenever diagnosed wit
h any vascular pathology in the presence of edema, injury and pain in lower limb
s. Neither should be done postoperatively, except for a professional, under medi
cal advice. While there are no such impediments to the practice of lymphatic dra
inage through self-massage, the advice is made daily for a period of 10 minutes
on each leg, with the following guidelines: Look for a quiet place, lie down on
a mat or a bed. If possible, put on soft music with a slow pace to favor the del
icacy of the movements. View a bikini or shorts comfortable. Start with warming
the hands by rubbing them vigorously against each other. 1. Start with a circula
r motion, supporting the fingertips of both hands overlap, and together face dow
n, in the region (groin)
inguinal. Make a circular motion starting from the top outside of the groin with
three laps at each point massaged, down the line of the groin for about six poi
nts to reach the lower part and inner thigh. Return the same places doing the ro
und in the opposite direction. Repeat this same sequence on the other side. 2. T
hen, starting from the groin, gently massage the thigh towards the groin always,
trying to hold it in the form of a bracelet. Make a string pressure, slowly, wi
th every hand. Pulled by the whole region of the thigh near the groin, a distanc
e of up to 7 cm. Repeat for five times. Fold it away and repeat the whole series
until it reaches the knee. 3. In lying position€slightly bend your legs and res
t your feet on the mat. Raise one leg and rest your heel on the knee of another.
Massage the back of the knee trying to reach the deeper tendons, making movemen
t type string guitar for about 20 seconds. Then, raise it a little more leg, hol
ding it vigorously around the thigh near the knee. And, while making movements o
f extension and flexion of the leg (keep your knee high), sliding your hands nat
urally go for the thigh until the groin. Repeat this sequence 3 times. Then do t
he same procedure on other leg. 4. Massage the knee by placing his hands cupped
on either side of the knee so that the fingertips are facing the leg. Make a cir
cular motion, keeping constant contact with the skin without slipping his hands,
just pulled the skin should move. Press a little harder when they're going towa
rd the groin. This will trigger a wave in the direction of drainage. Repeat five
times in each direction and, when finished, do the other knee. 5. Rest your han
ds laterally, just below the calf and make a "kneading" with moderate pressure,
especially with the fingertips in the calf. Climb up to reach the back of the kn
ee, rotate your hands so the fingers are on the patella (kneecap) and slide them
gently back over the leg until it reaches the initial position. Recommence a ne
w cycle. Make about 5 cycles on each leg.
6. Even lying down, lift one leg slightly keeping the other semi-inflected comfo
rtably. Hold the ankle bracelet in the shape of the leg and let go falling in a
natural way, letting his hands glide gently to the knee. Hold the leg still no c
ontact with the ground and make about 3 cycles of exercise 4. Continue down the
leg gently, so it reaches the ground at the same time as the hands reach the gro
in. Repeat three times on each leg
7. Finally relax, trying to feel very light, as if lying on the clouds. This pra
ctice may at first be performed once per day, three times a week. And may later
be held up daily if you have better mastery of the maneuvers. If you have diffic
ulty or do not understand any movement, do not.
CONTRAINDICATIONS OF LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE: Lymphatic drainage is considered a "Mas
sage Aesthetics" And it is because its therapeutic contributes greatly to the be
auty of the body, just that there's more. The Lymphatic System plays an importan
t role in the return circulation helps remove excess fluids and products that le
ft the bloodstream and interacted with the local environment, has immune functio
n - works like a real trash in our body. The lymphatic glands are real filters t
hat clean and remove the various impurities. Lymphatic drainage accelerates the
filtration in these ganglia (imagine that you're skimming an orange juice in a s
ieve for coa it faster makes you use a spoon and start mixing and kneading accel
erating the process, you will notice that besides the liquid will also fall to p
ieces of orange pulp) with the lymphatic drainage do this: accelerate the filter
ing process and decrease the efficiency of filtration for this massage greatly i
ncreases the flow of lymph glands to filter by. If the person enjoys perfect hea
lth that will not interfere significantly in their health. But if the person is
infected with some, even throat, oh yes she is at risk from this practice by acc
elerating the movement of lymph that she can spread the infection that was in my
throat throughout your body.
