Our consultants will help your project team prepare for and then complete a production pilot deployment to confirm that the solution behaves as expected. Inevitable differences between the test lab and production environment may identify further matters which need to be addressed before the solution is fully deployed, but 1E will remain on hand to assist with resolution. During the pilot stage, core infrastructure will be implemented and verified as functional before client deployment commences to the agreed pilot client base. Following completion of the Pilot, 1E will conduct a review workshop, providing you with a detailed, written report to record any issues identified during the pilot and how they were addressed. Where appropriate we will also ensure the project has met with the technical and business requirements that were identified in the original Readiness Assessment and subsequent Preparation phases.
