QUESTION 1. Do you think that vishwajeet was a visionary person?

Why or why not

Ans.In my point of view vishwwajeet was visionary personality in real sense. As

because of the support of this case study we have got the fact that he was a person,
who started his business without any ancestral support. He had risen from rags to
riches and work hard all his life to attai his current successful business position.

 He had faced all ups and down of the challenging entrepreneurial life he
knew very well that establishment of such kind business empire is not an
easy task. But if one is successful to become an entrepreneur like him to
face any of the critical situation of life.
 So by keeping all these things he has given the best education to his sons so
that one day they can also become like him and can get their identity in the
society.

Thus at least we can conclude that Vishwajeet was a caring and visionary father
according to this case study.

Question 2. How far do you think that the decision made by vishwajeet was
justified?

Ans. The decision taken by vishwajeet for his his son was very justified on the
grounds of vishwajeet.

As per this case study ha was a self made person and as caring father he also
wanted his sons to be successful but their own.

Even for this he had to provided the best knowledge of management to his sons.

And now if he wanted his sons to go for their own business plan ther is nothing
wrong in this. As because he wanted his sons to struggle for success so that
they can they can become real achiever as well as they had come to know the
real meaning of success for an entrepreneur.

So the expectations of Vishwajeet were really justified by his character.
