Welcome to use Sw550 sampling warper. It helps you to complete warp axis for sampling work in an easier, rapid, precise way and fulfill your diversified needs. SW550 warper is specially designed for producing warp beam used for sampling
warper. It is easy to produce short yard warp beam by computer controlled operation.
2.1 Hardware
The dimension of SW550 is 137 cm(W) x 122 cm(D) x 180 cm(H) with total weight of 550 kg The provided warping width is 20 inches (maximum working width 50.8 cm). The starting, end and number of ends can be controlled by computer.
The working environment of control program for SW550 is under Windows XP system. So the operation of file management, system maintenance, communication setting is same as personal computer (Linux, Mac OSX system are exception). Operator can learn and use it easily & rapidly to fully fulfill users needs.
Please refer to Microsoft related books or illustrations for Windows operation and maintenance.

The yarn guide will return to initial position when power the warper. After operator locates the warp, the drum will start rotating, yarn guide then move to the initial position automatically. The process is automatic and will stop when broken yarn is detected. Computer will indicate color changing after completion of warping. Repeat the previous procedure to complete all of warping then proceed to beaming motion.

Dark mark represent upward (shedding at up side), blank mark represent downward. Weft Pattern: Weft pattern design, bottom row is the 1st pick, left is the 1st weft color. One weft can be used in the same pick only. Fringe: Cramming: Weft Density: Empty fringe, no weft inserted in specific pick To cancel cloth take-up motion for specific pick Weft density pattern, the bottom row represent 1st pick,
left side is the 1st weft density. Each shuttle can bring different weft density. Maximum 8 weft density allowed. Warp Pattern: Warp pattern designing, the most left column represent the 1st end, the bottom is the 1st color of warp. One color is allowed for the same warp. User must complete all the required data before using the designed file. The following pattern is the example of a proceeding file:

5. Brief Maintenance
This warper should be maintained Daily Cleaning warper body: Clean with compressed air and cloth Weekly 1.Check Air Presser: Inspect compressed air for dryness, cleanness and presser stability. 2.Check Voltage: Inspect fluctuation of voltage within 10% variation. Monthly Check whether axis is wind around by yarn or not. Take it off if yes.

6.Troubleshooting
1. Treatment of computer broken down or accidental shut down of electricity. Ask operator leaves operating area, shut down power, cut all yarns then inspect damage of the warper. Restart the power and return all motors to their zero positions. Proceed according to normal operating procedure.
