BENEFITS OF CHEWING GUM

Chewing gum is a chewing gum that has a characteristic that can be made to develop a bubble. The color is diverse and has a particular flavor, usually gum is sticky like a lot of children. Chewing gum is found in stores. A study in 2011 found that people who chew gum while performing a task that requires full concentration proved to be more focused and vigilant in performing their duties.

In addition, the chewing gum will make the muscles of the jaw part moves. Without being aware of the activity of chewing gum is able to control hunger, so it is good for those who run diet program. Chewing gum can be firmly attached, so it can clean up the remnants of food on the tooth surface. Often chewed to increase saliva production, which can cleanse the mouth and teeth better so the risk of dental plaque formation can be reduced. Gum should consume once a week because chewing gum can improve one's concentration in an activity, and can make a fresh breath and remove food debris on the tooth surface.
