Sub: Laying of foundation stone for buildings and compound wall for BDL Ibrahimpatnam Unit Reg. CFA has approved to place work order on M/s.P.Venkat Reddy, Hyderabad for construction of Compound wall, BDL Ibrahimpatnam Unit. In this connection we are pleased to seek permission to start the work from 1st Nov.11, wherein the workorder will be handed over to the party by 1st Nov.11. It is proposed that Foundation Stone may be laid by CMD, on Monday i.e. 7th Nov2011 being an auspicious day. Hence, CMD may give his consent to lay foundation stone and to make arrangements for the function. Submitted for approval please.

NOTE -49 With reference to note-48, the following action may be considered about the claim made by M/s. L&T with reference to note-46.

1.

A committee constituted by CMD under the Chairmanship of

GM (SW) is already exists to settle the Short Closer Issues. The committee is still active and settling short closer issues progressively.
2. As suggested at note-48, the committee may once again visit L&T

to assess the physical stock once again and documents. Only after the final recommendations of the committee and due negotiation with L&T, the mutually agreed payment will be considered. Put up for approval please. GM (SW&TS) AGM (FIN) KJ
