The schedule of commencement of Site Infrastructure has been enquired. SPLEPL SPCPL has provided the following updates. SPCPL As mentioned
MDM 1. DG- 40 KVA DG has already been delivered at site on 3 Oct 2023.
2. Porta Cabin - 2 nos. Porta Cabin (Site Office & Store) from Rajarhat Yard shall be delivered by 5
Oct 2023.
3. Batching Plant - The dismantling of CP-30 Plant is already in process at ongoing Guwahati
Project & is expected to be delivered by this month end OR early next month. However, the Plant
shall be commissioned by 15 Nov 2023.
4. Labour Camp - The dismantling of Labour Camp is already in process at ongoing Delhi Project &
is expected to be delivered by this month end OR early next month. However, the Camp shall be
operational by 15 Nov 2023.
5. Quality Laboratory - This shall be operational by 15 Nov 2023.
6. Construction Power - Follow up with the concerned Authority is already in progress.
7. Others - 125 KVA DG for Plant , Transit Mixers etc. shall be delivered at site by 15 Nov 2023.
However, SPCPL has assured to commence the foundation work of Plant & Camp by 10 Oct 2023.
SPCPL has been requested to submit the Project Schedule in line with LOI. SPLEPL The Project Schedule shall be submitted by 12 Oct 2023 for review & approval. SPCPL 12 October 2023
MDM
SPCPL has been requested to expedite the submission of Quality Manual. SPLEPL The Quality Manual shall be submitted by 16 Oct 2023. SPCPL 16 October 2023
MDM The submitted Documents shall be vetted by all concerned for approval.
