We are in receipt of the letter referred above & would like to invite your kind attention to the
following:

1. Based on submitted plan, we have mobilized the equipments but due to continuous Rainfall at
site our targeted plans was hampering & our equipment was idle.

2. We are aware that, due to non- availability of Approach Road, excavated soil was kept aside of
road around 3months, now we are dumping the same, accordingly.

3. To recover the shortfall works, we are increasing the equipments simultaneously, details of same
are as under:
