Dear Sir,

It is submitted that some portion of paking slot 517 is on the road alloted to Flat 702. May I request you to kindly
see it either vedio sent or on ground. During the visit of CGM Kushwah ji I have also shown to CGM in presence of
AGM Promod ji. AGM Promod ji also told infront of CGM that said parking will be changed.

the sanctioned plan and there is 6 m. wide driveway which is far enough for turning of other vehicles. Further there is

Namaskar sir,

On 25.07.2022, I, (KADAM SINGH SAINI, (RETIRED SUBEDAR ) came to know that AGM Promod Kumar ji was
visiting to NBCC Khekra till 02 PM. I had also reached there at 11:35 AM to see the progress of the work of Flat E-702 but
AGM Sahab could not reached and at 01:13 PM I asked AGM Sahab till which time he will be reaching NBCC Khekra. AGM
Sahab informed that he had some work at Delhi and advised to meet Mr.
Surendra Kumar Meena ji PM (Civil). I also met Mr. Surendra Kumar Meena ji PM (Civil) and explained the matter but he
finally denied to do any thing as I have taken over the flat. I informed to AGM Sahab about this. Then AGM Sahab told
me that to wait for Mr Lokesh as he (Mr Lokesh) had already been instructed to complete the work. I had spoken to him
(97829 20540) , he (Mr. Lokesh) told me that he is undergoing training at Delhi and he will get the internal
some work like welding , main switch (small small works), done after mid of August but works like roof water proofing
can not be done by him, however he will raise the issues. I have also told to Lokesh ji about termite eaten main door
(Chaukhat) which needs to be replaced but he (Mr Lokesh ji) did not said anything regarding replacement of termite eaten
main door ( chaukhat). The list of pending works is aslo attached. Vedio and photos have also sent earlier on whatsapp to Mr
Lokesh ji, AGM Sahab and CGM Sahab.
May I request your kindly honour to kindly get the long outstanding pending work done either through Mr Lokesh or Mr
Dubey (8979019386 the then supervisor ) who clearly knows about initial pending work but as and when I asked the
progress of pending works, he (Mr Dubey ji) had always replied that as and when he will get the stores, he will do it with in 15
days. Hence it is also requested that due man power/ materials/ approval/sanction may also please be provided /accorded as
the case may be so that long outstanding works to be completed without further delay.
