Dear All,
 
I hereby inform you of the results of the meeting (weekly meeting) today
with the owner and consultant as follows :
 
1. MFI will invite "Temporary STP" vendors to discuss technical installations
and what the scope of TP is this week. (Pak Amin, Pak Ade dan Denki Team)
2. Check again about the LSF and certificates for Hydrant and Fire Alarm scope,
because in the contract all of these are excluded. (Pak Herinadi)
3. OHB replacement like the existing one has been cancelled, Denki please check!!
Can it still be exchanged like the contract spec. (Denki)
4. The power cable for the "Access Door" doesn't seem to have come down below
the ceiling, Denki please check!!
5. The "Access Door" work requires opening in the door box, especially for glass doors.
The drawing of the opening has been submitted to Mugijaya with Mr. Sarwono.
6. Data outlets at the desk is not already installed, Denki hope soon to finish.
7. UTP cable for access points on the 1st floor of the corridor (2 points) and Lobby (2
points)
and the 3rd floor of the server room has not been lowered below the ceiling
8. Because the lux level for pendant lights was not reached, the architect consultant
asked
to make a sample by replacing the lamp cover with a clear cover (Musholla),,,

9. MFI asks TPCI to immediately submit an additional BQ for louver in the outdoor
AC area. (Pak Heriandi)
10. Additional transfer pumps at roof pending after check pressure of SBS water supply.

11. For inspection on June 24, 2021, MFI informs that representatives from TP are
limited to
only 3 person due to the Covid-19 health protocol.
