    Ref:- Issue of Provisional work order.

    Sir,

    With reference to above, the bldg. wall shows major cracks & also the plaster is
    fallen down in some portion. As the bldg. estimate was already submitted in office & gone for
    further passing.

    The External wall & roof shows heavy leakage . as the monsoon start s after few
    days. So this external plaster & roof required to repairs before monsoon.

    So, kindly issued the provisional work order for this bldg.
