    Respected Sir,
    With Reference to the above Subject, we wish to inform you that Rahul
    Apartment A&B Wing located at Sharifa Road Mumbra, Thane – 400612, already
    under repair, further structure was re-inspected by us on July 2022, and as per report
    said structure G+4 is under C2A Condition.
    Currently at present 35% of repair / strengthening work completed and
    balance work will be expect to complete within 7 month from date. Severe distress
    were observed to RC members which is under strengthen by means of back-
    propping with battens to distress RC member and with conventional method and
    enhancing stiffness.
    I undersigned in capacity of our solemnly indemnity of any losses and
    damage if occurred till the structural stability from us which will be submitted after
    completion of said structure repair, within expected period of 7 month from date.

    Approximate Area of Completion:-

    a. 40% of External Plaster.


    b. 50% of Waist Slab (Structural Repair & Plaster).
    c. 20% Column Jacketing as per Site condition.
