1.The above-referred job was for “Modification of ram car track Battery 3”
and scheduled to be completed by 17.08.2012. But due to non availability of
shutdown of ram car track because of hot repair of 3B, provisional time
extension was given up to 30/09/2012

1. The job has been completed on 30/09/2012 satisfactorily and final order is
required to be issued.

2. As job has been completed, it is proposed to give final order for time
extension without LD up to 30/09/2012.

3. Approval may be given for final time extension of the above referred job.
