Problem solving skills is required for the students to clear the written test and the main aim of this session is to improve the mathematical and qualitative ability of the students. Following are covered in this section

Aptitude training is give which includes the problems and they are explained with the required solutions Few examples from the previous written test papers from different companies are discussed and solved Few problems are given to the students and made them to work on the same under our guidance All the important models are given with solved examples as hard copies Queries and discussion is done while we conclude the session

Reasoning is covered in this section Logical reasoning questions are discussed in this section Verbal reasoning questions are discussed in this section Non-verbal reasoning questions are discussed in this section Few practice questions are given to the students we make them to solve under guidance Important material and useful websites are given

Group Discussion Group discussion plays an important role in estimating the students ability to work in a team, learning skills and diplomatic nature and we cover the following aspects in GD

Importance of GD Important topics in GD are discussed Different types of GD are discussed Role of the students in GD is explained and few important tips are given Students are involved in GD for the entire session and they are evaluated

One to one interviews and JAM(Just a minute)Sessions are also conducted HR Interview tips HR interview and its importance is discussed in this session. Famous HR questions and the way the students should react to these questions are discussed. Required guidance is given to the students in facing the HR interview. HR process of different companies is discussed and few success stories are discussed. Few things like bond and salary package are discussed in this session
