    CODE OF CONDUCT

    Dear participants,

    We present you below the official Code of Conduct of the International Conference Intellectual Law & Practice: Constancy In Innovation, 2-6 September 2012:

    1. NO ABSENCES from the lectures are permitted during the entire conference. Attendance at all lectures is a condition for receiving the participation certificate. Exceptions are allowed only by the Organizing Committee. 2. All participants should show respect and consideration towards their fellow colleagues and to have a decent conduct during the event. 3. The program, both academic and social, is to be respected. 4. The signature of Personal Liability Form by all participants is mandatory. 5. A participant who disrupts the lectures progress with inappropriate behavior may be required to leave the course. 6. Punctuality is essential. All participants must be in the conference avenue at least 5 minutes before the lecture starts. 7. Food cannot be consumed during the lectures. Drinks are permitted. 8. Smoking is forbidden during the lectures. 9. Do not break glasses, plates or whatever you can imagine. 10. Participants must announce the Organizing Committee whenever they leave the hotel. 11. Follow hotel staff directions promptly and politely. 12. If any conflict occurs, please inform the Organizing Committee immediately. 13. Study hard during the day, have fun at night!
