CHESTERFIELD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC Minutes for September 13, 2011

Attending the meeting: Michael Olmsted, President, Lorna Hammock, Vice President, Beverly Petitt, Secretary, Judy Herndon, Clubhouse, Melissa Mittmer, Pool Coordinator, Susie Brothers, Architectural. There were two residents from the village present: Mark and Jaime Lanois. The minutes were read. Judy made a motion to approve and Mark seconded. The nancial report was read. Bev made a motion to approve and Judy seconded. Michael stated he had talked with the city about the trees in Chestereld Village. Casey Killian, from the city, is suppose to come to the October 3rd meeting. At the vacant Zindelle house the mowing is being done. The board is not to have the yard mowed. Bev gave the board a bid from Edd to have the painting done. It was discussed and there needs to be a second bid. Bev said she would tell Edd. Susie said she had spoke with JD Wiggs. JD had spoke with Mr Mace. Mr Mace to JD he was not renting. This is one of the reasons Mark and Jaime were at this meeting. They are sure Mr Mace is renting. Mark and Jaime came to the meeting also to let everyone know about the Pinnacle Security men coming around. The police have been called several times. Melissa will be making a yer for all residents. Please do not talk or let these men into you home. Melissa said Lexie Mason did a good job at the pool. On August 26th, Lexie had a concern about a man. He signed in as RH, his car had Ohio plates, and he used Herndons address. John Mittmer went up to the pool, but the man had left. Lorna said the Kids Club had a Back to School Bash on August 26th. It was well attended and it was a BLAST! Melissa has called the alarm system and they have reset the closing time at 10:30. Judy asked if anyone had heard anything about the new Directories. Melissa said she would contact Linda Becker and see how they were coming along. The next regular meeting will be October 3rd. The Annual Homeowners Association Neighborhood Meeting will be on December 5th at 7:00PM at the Clubhouse.
