Sponsorship Agreement
  We the undersigned company, having read and do hereby agree to the terms and
conditions and do hear by wish to contract sponsorship for the production of the
Escalade Entertainment event. The event will be held in Orangeburg, SC.

 The sponsoring company must provide Escalade Entertainment with a clearly printed document
describing its company’s interest for advertised sponsorship.

 As an advertised sponsor, we will require a 50% deposit in advance at signing of this agreement with
the balance due 30 days. Check or money order should be made payable to Escalade Entertainment.

 Payments are non-refundable unless sponsoring company proves that advertisement has not been
fully exhibited as stated in the terms of this agreement.
