Abstract
This study aims to identify the impact of the use of information
technology on the performance of human resources in the Australian
International Academy in Melbourne, and the impact on job performance.
The study aims also to identify the human resources systems currently
used in educational institutions, systems and services, e-learning due to
their significant role in the trend towards the use of technology in the
management of human resources.
The study population consisted of administrative levels and various
academic at the academy, as many as (72) employees. The researcher used
a questionnaire consisting of 73 paragraphs as a tool for the study,
analytical and descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study.
This study has been divided into three chapters and author, the first
chapter talking about the nature of the information age and the concept of
modern information technology, and address of the event for information
networks.
The Chapter II marked by a "human resource requirements in the
information age", came to talk about what a human resources management,
as well as talk about the human resources information systems, and human
skill in the information age.
The third chapter "The impact of the use of information technology on
human resource performance: A field study of the International Academy
of Australia, has spoken by the International Academy of Australia, and the
organizational and functional structure therein, and services provided by,
and then sacrificed a systematic statistical study and interpretation of
results, to conclude this chapter in highlighting the main findings of the
study and recommendations proposed.
