General:
Run-Thru timed at 1 Hour 7 Min. -Katie: Helen has signed the Violin liability form. I will put it in your box tomorrow when I have access to the office tomorrow.

Set:
Robin: I believe I heard you say you had plans to screw the SR flats along the brick wall and the solo flat by the mirror. Kiki and I are still in hang and focus from 9-6, and will need this time preferably dark for focus. -In addition to the flats already in the black box, we will need another structure in a similar standing fashion to the flats SL of the mirror. During performances, the outside light from the main lobby shines through underneath the door. To solve this, we would like an L-shaped flat wall front of the doors inside the main entrance of the blackbox. Both sides of the structure should be the same brick flat that weve been using. I will be in the space tomorrow from 9am to 10pm if you have any questions.

Properties:
-Due to recent answers from the fire marshall, the Little Match Girl will need a can to drop extinguished matches in. The idea is to have the can look as if she has been using it for change/money from match sales through the night. Katie: can aloe be a substitute, or will water have to be in the bottom of the can? -Jim: We had discussed the candles being wired before cue to cue. Can this also be the deadline for a few of the props we still need?

Lighting:
Canopy light have been hung.

Sound:
-Music stand lights have been set, however due to space, are there different extension cords that can be used instead of the white ones kept in the pit?
