    03 Estt Rule 01/2003 To All concerned Sub: Application of Establishment Rules over SECR As per the memorandum of understanding agreed upon between the CPOs of SER, SECR and ECoR the printing of establishment serials would be continued by SE Railway for all the three Railways till alternate arrangements are made by the new Railways. It has been decided that SEC Railway shall issue Establishment Rules and its yearly compilation from the year 2003. This shall be applicable all over SEC Railway. In addition to this, the Establishment Serials published by SE Railway for the years 2003 and 2004 shall also be applicable over this Railway .
