Sub: Rolling Block program for Major Upgradation of TPTY Station for launching Air Concourse Girders-

With reference to the above, Competent Authority has approved the following repercussions in view of
launching Air Concourse Girders at TPTY Yard as mentioned below.
1. Cancellations:

Note:
OHE to be available to all the remaining lines except the lines offered for line block to deal
the trains.
Chasers on Platforms to be deputed in 02 shifts.
Extra Shunting locos to be provided at TPTY.
Sick marking of coaches, POH, IOH detachments/replacements to be avoided during block
periods.
Extra locos to be provided during block periods for shunt movements/train movements.
Once line block of that day is cleared, lines offered for block to be handed over immediately
for traffic use.
Division to ensure site preparedness and adequate resources in terms of materials &
manpower so that there is no bursting of block and timeline. Division should take all
necessary steps & precautions to ensure safe running of trains during execution of the work
with minimum detention to trains.
