Llanos, a Certificate of Fine Arts student with the student number 2008-91011. I was on AWOL for three semesters(2nd sem of '10-'11 to 2nd sem of '11-'12) and readmitted just last semester to this University. I was admitted and allowed to continue, but with the condition of getting a 'good standing' after the first semester. I tried and did what I can to meet the condition. But unfortunately I was not able to comply to this, and is currently having the standing of 'dismissal'. Due to this, again I respectfully request for readmission to the University this second semester of the academic year 2012-1013 to finish the Certificate of Fine Arts Program which I started. I'll greatly appreciate your consideration on this matter. Though I might say that I'm not that good of a student, I still want to prove to myself that with God's wisdom I will pursue my goal and graduate from a prestigious university no matter how rough the road is to achieve it and at the same time, not putting the people's money and my parents' labor and support in vain.
