To Whom It May Concern: I, Emmanuel M. Alap, would like to express my regret and apology about not being able to submit my grade completion form on or before December 21, 2012. I am fully aware of the deadline your office had set for the processing of the completion of my grade in ECE Elective 1 (ECELTV1), which I took under Engr. Joshua B. Ancheta on the 1st Term of the current schoolyear, 2012-2013. However, (1) due to conflict of schedules between our professor and our classmates, whose presence were needed to conduct several laboratory experiments for the completion; (2) and due to lack of laboratory equipment(s) that are in good condition, our completion process was only duly accomplished on December 21, 2012, a day later than the supposed deadline. I realize that this tardiness affects the status of my currently incomplete grade for ECELTV1, as well as the schedule of your office, and I apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you.
