Risk Assessment Form Step 1 Identify the hazards

Any household risks such as tripping over things on the floor especially since there may not be much room to move about as the camera will be set up at all times, with other equipment as well such as the LED light. For the outdoor scenes (establishing shot of the house and the beer garden scene) the recording equipment may get damaged if there is rain. Also the ground may be slippy due to the cold weather.

Step 2

Decide who might be harmed and how

The cast and crew if they trip over things such as the camera. The recording equipment (i.e. the camera) may get damaged if an actor or the filmmakers (Hannah or I) trip over this.

Step 3

Evaluate the risks and decide on precautions

We can inform the actors of potential risks so that they are aware of the hazards. We can check the weather before going to see if it is raining that day. If so then we shall film the indoor scenes whilst it is raining, then film the outdoor scenes during the sunny intervals.
