The document describes the construction of a double page magazine spread. It involved adding an image and editing it in Photoshop before placing it in InDesign. Next, an article was added from a Word document by placing it in three columns. Text colors were adjusted to make some parts stand out more. 3. The final part of the construction for my double
page spread was the large cover line that used on the top of my double page spread along with the pull quote in the centre of the image. I used all capitals for the heading along with a thick black stroke that I placed around the text, I did the same with pull quote but this time I didnt have all of the text in capitals, I decided to use the stroke and the colour so it would stick with my house style along with it standing out the people that were viewing the magazine also.
1. The first part of the construction for my double page
spread involved me adding in the image to in-design. I firstly changed the image regarding contrast and brightness, along with edited the model in it and there location in a photo shop window and the place the image into the back on my double page spread allowing me to then add text to it.
2. The second part of my magazine construction was me adding in
the article form a word document that I had already wrote up separately. I drew three columns and then placed the information across for the word document and aligned it into the related columns. After that I changed the text colour for the article making certain parts of the text stand out more than others do.
