Verify that you have the current ACCPAC Plus PTF files by going into ACCPAC Plus and pressing F3, List Version Numbers. You will see each installed program name with its version number, followed by a series of numbers, which represent the date of the current program temporary fix (PTF) file.
ACCPAC International does not authorize their Business Partners to include PTF's on our web sites, but you may use this page to check your versions. You may email me to request any PTF's that you require. For example, notice that Accounts Payable has the numbers 970315, which would represent a patch file dated 3/15/97. Compare these numbers to the numbers in the tables below. Contact us if you need to receive the current files.

Instructions on Installing ACCPAC Plus PTF Files For all PTF's except the Windowing System Manager:
Start ACCPAC Plus. When the Start list appears, press F3 to display the System Manager Menu. Press I, or use the Up or Down Arrow key to highlight Install Programs, then press Enter. Insert the PTF diskette in your diskette drive. Follow the instructions on the screen. When you are finished, store this PTF disk with the other ACCPAC Plus program disks. If you reinstall ACCPAC in the future, you must also reinstall this PTF disk, using the Install Programs options on the System Manager Menu.
