The document outlines the steps to create a calendar for an RTO license system project in Microsoft Project. It involves creating tasks with durations, predecessors and resources. A new calendar called "rto_calendar" is then made by adding holidays as exceptions and setting Saturday-Sunday as non-working days. This calendar is applied to all tasks and results in a Gantt chart and calendar view for March that reflect the new working hours and holidays.
