Limitation of Current System


Insufficient airspace resource & Inefficient Use Insufficient CNS/ATM Infrastructure ,especially in the China western area Collaborative Decision-Making system and national Air Traffic Flow Management system are still to be set up

Balancing CNS/ATM traditional and new technologies and equipment which support the current and future ATM system
Further enhancement of traditional CNS/ATM infrastructure is necessary in a short term Traditional CNS/ATM technologies and equipment will be an indispensable backup/emergency measure for the future ATM system
