    1) Limited enquiries were called against work proposal WP-341 from six parties, out of which four quotations were received including M/s Swati Enterprises and M/s Arunkumar G. Patil. Both firms are having different PAN numbers, Service Tax & P.F. registration numbers etc. Both firms are involved in same required nature of work. (Copy of Registration Certificates are attached herewith). 2) The scope of this work belongs to Project authority up to COD only & thereafter this work is to be carried out by O&M staff. As the exact date of COD cannot be predicted and the work is not of regular/routine basis as far as project is concerned, the tentative period of work execution is considered as 3-4 months only & order is processed accordingly.
