English, Speaking and Teachers English has been given since we are on the kindergarten even since on toddler in some international school, but still so many people cannot speak English well. Speaking is ability is important for language learners since speaking is the first benchmark noticed by other people. When we meet native, the first thing recognized is our ability to speak with them. More than 12 years Indonesian learn English but why they still cannot speak fluently. Teachers from many decades emphasize only on writing activity during English teaching and learning activity. In this development area while people are on competition to be the best and grasp all the limited chances, people need a development in learning method. When so many RSBI schools are established many students are interested in study overseas, English should be taught in a different way. Speaking need to be more accustomed to students so they have better English acquisition. There is a scientist who posits that in learning other language we should use the language itself. This kind of method will be force students to enrich their knowledge and force them to acquire the L2 better. By emphasizing on speaking, students are demanded to enrich other knowledge such as grammar and vocabularies. It is the teacher challenge to build up students motivation to speak English through an immersion class of speaking. English teachers need not to write a lot in the classroom yet they should communicate with students interactively by speaking. No matter how old the students, students anxiet y may come up or even they do not know what teachers try to convey. Step by step, teachers should ask students to speak English on the students best. If they do not know for some vocabularies, describe the meaning in English and avoid students answer in Indonesian. By using that method, students will remember longer because they have to understand the meaning then guess the equivalency word in Indonesian. Teachers attitude and psychical appearance plays the important rule in gaining a conducive learning atmosphere. Teacher should be on neat attire and be in time. Preparation is done before the class is started. They should leave the class after the class is empty. Teachers as a model should exemplify his/her best to students.
