    OB/OB FLARE 710 REVAMPING SCOPE OF WORK PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE

    Upon receipt of Letter of Intent or Contract award, we shall employ our highly experienced and dedicated procurement personnel for the procurement of all the necessary project material and consumables needed for the accomplishment of project. The required project materials shall be sourced and procured in Nigeria. Unless otherwise, if any of the required materials cannot begotten within the country then oversea procurement shall then apply. The sourcing, acquisition and expediting of all the Local Purchases shall be carried out from our base office, while oversea procurement, if the need arises, shall be expedited through our overseas vendors. The Scope of the procurement shall be in accordance with NETCODIETSMANN standard / specification and as detailed in material bill of quantity. In order to ascertained the integrity and quality of the procured project materials including the consumables, our dedicated Quantity Assurance Department shall intervene and certify the materials before the materials are received and accepted. Prior to site mobilization of procured project materials and consumables, the materials shall be inspected by the clients representative {NETCODIETSMANN} before they are finally mobilized to site.
