INGREDIENTS
3-apples 1-teaspoon ground cinnamon 2-tablespoon brown sugar 2-tablespoon cornstarch
PROCEDURE
1. Peel and cut apples in the wedges and mix with cinnamon, sugar and cornstarch. 2. Put apple filling into pie shell and cover the pie with thin layer of the pie dough. 3. Brush pie with water and sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350 F till light golden brown
