NEGATIVITY NECESSARY FOR CONSTRUCTIVE WORK

Its necessary to be positive in life but negativity is also necessary Although positive side is what we should use and show the world and use as for constructive work but negative is what will support the things to happen in real world

Now it depends upon us; that we use negativity for constructive work and make things happen for the better.

To understand this thing we can take an example of a pencil cell which is put in a wall clock. The positive side of it is put in contact with the clock but negative side of the cell supports it and if there wasnt any negative part then the concept of cell giving energy to the clock would have been totally negligible, or hypothetical . SO IF WE LINK ABOVE THOUGHT WITH THE EXAMPLE GIVEN BELOW THEN WE CAN UNDERSTAND THAT POSITIVITY SHOULD BE SUPPORTED BY NEGATIVITY TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN,AND IF WE BECOME SUCCESSFUL IN UTILISING NEGATIVITY FOR A CONSTRUCTIVE PART THEN WE CAN GO A LONG WAY TO SERVE THE SOCIETY AND EVEN OURSELVES FOR THE BETTERMENT.

Agar achaie kay liye burai ka sath lena pade to lelo,lekin yaad rahe ki burai achaie kay peechay rahe aur target hamesha acha karya hi ho.

Its really necessary to live in a JOINT FAMILY ,we can compare it to a guy working in a multinational organization, where he gets great experience and sees various scenarios in his day to day life, because whichever phase he is on , someone has already passed that phase and he can get experience and guidance of how to brake the wall ,cause someone else has already broken that kind of wall.

But a guy in a NUCLEAR family is a kind of person employed in a workshop, where he doesnt get much experience and if problem comes in his way then he has to find his own way ,and also the problem is fresh for him Also he is the sole in charge so whatever he will do will impact his children directly and no one would be there to guide him or stop him if anything is done in a wrong manner

On an All A person should live in a joint family with love and respect and should behave in a respectable manner with his elders and in a friendly way with youngsters ONLY THING WHICH HE SHOULD REMEMBER IS THAT ,THIS IS HIS OWN FAMILY AND HE SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AS IF HE WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF HIS OWN ORGANIZATION IF HE WAS THE BOSS.

Life after MBA is really tough its was for 5.5 mnths that I didnt had any job and now when I got One ,then the situations are not the same as it should have been.

If comparison is made with UHG then I havent found any company yet. Which is providing the same benefits and facilities which UHG was providing.

I went today for the job but I wasnt happy I dont know why because , I wanted the profile of financial analyst and I have received that but the work which I wanted I havent received that work Also there is the commutation problem,but I can handle that but the main problem is that of the work profile.

Now dont know what to do,but I have decided that something should be done about it and definitely I will do something about it. SOON!

Its been more than a year that I have not touch this folder and now today after reading my previous thoughts I really felt that I havent done anything about the profile till now and I am still working in the same company but as far as my growth is concerned then is has been ZERO in case of professionalism but as far as growth in life is concerned then I can say that Yes life has taught me many things. My family is talking about my maariage these days but I dont have much salary and I dont think that I should marry in the current situation. What I believe is that girl if coming to our house should not face any kind of difficulties from my side ,for that financially being stable is really necessary. I have given some interviews but the profile which I am looking for is not available for me. I am thinking of getting into business so that my studies are utilized and financially by GODs grace I can be more sound.
