    To Shri K.C.G.K. Pillai Director (Finance), BSNL New Delhi-110001. Sub.: - Non- issue of Seniority list of JAOs 2006 batch-reg. Respected Sir, With reference to the above subject, we would like to bring to your kind notice that the Seniority list of JAOs qualified in the Examination held during 2006 and appointed as JAO during 2006 has not been published so far. As per the recruitment rules applicable in this case, their seniority list is to be prepared based on the marks obtained in the examinations held during the JAO training in three phases. The three phases of Training of 2006 batch JAOs was completed in the year 2008. During 2010 many of them got their First Time Bound Up gradation also. Even after completing nearly 6 years as JAO, the seniority List of 2006 batch has not been published till date. This is essentially required in deciding important HR issues related to the cadre even at various levels. We would, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action for publishing the seniority list of 2006 JAO Batch without causing a further delay.
