As you might be aware this is my 5th straight day where you have been unable to work on my complaint apart from the lies which you have so very well dolled out to me since Sunday. Also your operator gives me a false number saying this belongs to higher authorities. With this as an example, I dare say your customer support is pathetic and false. Also if you cannot resolve my problem by end of the day(Indian Standard Time 8 Pm) tomorrow(28th May 2013), please find this mail as an approval to begin my process of disconnection off my services.
