I have probable cause to believe that Peter J Sheppard, a W M, Age: 33 DOB: XX/XX/79, committed one or more criminal offense(s). Count 1: Assault 3rd Degree - Pursuant To Subdivisions (1), (2), (4) & (6) (Class A MISDEMEANOR) RSMo 565.070 ON 6/13/2013 Time: 12:28 PM Place: 51XX MCREE AVE (SCC 13041) 2. The facts supporting this belief are as follows: I was informed by S.W. that the defendant shoved her. I learned that the defendant was a teacher, and S.W. was a student, at a local school. During my investigation, I reviewed a video recording of the incident that showed the defendant shoving S.W. while in a classroom at the school.
