Dear Sirs, At the request of Ms Maria Juliana Chipont,(UPON REQUEST OF -) I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation in support of her application for admission at your university as Master in Economic and Financial Law. My recommendation is based on my status as University Lecturer for over 15 years. I have been a professor of Constitutional Law in National (PUBLIC) Universities such as (Buenos Aires University UBA) UNIVERSITY OF BUENOS AIRES (UBA) and Lanus University (The National University of LANUS), in Argentina. Moreover, I have participated regularly as a guest Lecturer at private universities in my country. On the other hand , I work as a Judge of the Federal Appeals Court in La Plata. It is precisely this Institutional and Academic experience which allows me to recognize people that have both an outstanding personality and a competitive drive worth mentioning, as it is the case with Ms Chipont.

Ms Chipont was my student in Economic Constitutional Law in (AT) UBA in 2012. What strongly impressed me, and was generally acknowledged to all the other teachers in our department was her active participation, commitment and sharp understanding not only in legal but economic issues as well. I firmly believe that studies in your prestigious University will strengthen her academic and professional development because her academic background meets the standards required in the proposed studies.
