2. Add the quark and other stuffs and then whipped cream. 3. Put the mixture to a strainer or a flower-pot where is a moistened gauze or coffee filter with two coffee filter paper. Put the pasha into fridge. 4. Next day put the pasha on the platter. 5. Decorate with whipped cream, raisin, crushed almond and pineapple.
