FAST TRACK ENGINEERING SERVICES

Our design engineered bolted tanks can be configured and designed for most locations; seismic conditions; and wind, snow or hydraulic loads. We also provide foundation design criteria for your job. With over 100+ years of experience and state of the art engineering capabilities we are able to shorten the industry norms for the design and approval cycle. Our design allows versatility, with tanks able to be expanded or relocated in the future.

FAST TRACK MANUFACTURING

Manufactured in our ISO 9001 certified facilities we do not produce tanks fast but ones of exceptional quality. Our hallmarkTrico-Bond 478finish is factory applied and baked on under controlled and exacting conditions, resulting in a high performance coating.

FAST TRACK ERECTION

Columbian TecTank regularly reduces aggregate field erection time dramatically compared to composite or field welded tanks. Our design and factory applied coatings allow for erection in most weather conditions that would bring the project to a stop with concrete or field welded tanks. We provide World Wide construction services where and when you want them.

QUALITY COATINGS AND SERVICE

CoatingOur internal surface coating, Trico-Bond 478, consists of 2 coats of baked on epoxy. For extra corrosion resistance Z Bond 493 can be applied. The quality of the coating of thermally cured epoxy and a final layer of electrostatically applied urethane assures the finest product that will LAST.
