    Dear Partner / Client, Due to the flood situation in Bangkok, please be advised that Bangkok Port operations are still somewhat disrupted. The Port of Entry PAT (Bangkok) and Port of Entry Lat Krabang (Bangkok) are accepting shipments to be discharged, however port activity is still subject to suspension should there be another flood advisory. With the current situation it is still not 100% safe to use POE Bangkok. In a worst scenario, shipping lines will route and discharge shipments at Port of Entry Laem Chabang (Outside Bangkok) if the Bangkok ports of PAT or Lat Krabang are not available. Most importantly, Santa Fe can clear shipments arriving at Laem Chabang however there will be additional charges as follows:

    Additional customs processing fee: USD100 Line haul charges: USD200/LCL; USD275/20; USD450/40 or HC 7% VAT
