    Fresh coconut grated or your "niyog" - you need 3cups Chapati 1. Whole wheat flour is available in chocolate lovers and rustans 2. Ghee is available in rustans makati area or qc Instructions: Read carefully 1.If some of the spices or herbs are not familiar search the internet for the pictures, make sure u are able to buy all necessary ingredients, each ingredient missing is (-5) 2.This is your finals (practicals quiz) 3. We ( juni's group) will do a demo for 8:00-8:30(30 mins) 4. 8:30-9:45is your cooking time and 10am service time 5. For Demo group: No lates no excuses, make sure ingredients are complete, i will give minuses for late Demo group: u need to prepare equipment and ingredients - 7:458:00 u should be in the lab early if there is a class occupying use the other lab.
